Twilio Inbound Calling
To receive inbound calls via Twilio, point your Twilio phone number's "A Call Comes In" webhook to:https:/.jqaisolutions.com/api/twilio/voiceOnce pointed, any call to your number will automatically be handled by the assigned Inbound Agent.
SIP Trunk Calling
For local numbers (e.g. Saudi +966), create a SIP Trunk first with your carrier's credentials, then add a phone number here and select "SIP Trunk" as the provider. Calls will be routed through Asterisk, no Twilio needed.
